Rose Cottage Veterinary Centre

Chester Rd, Runcorn WA7 3EQ, UK – 01928 717581

Helped my whole family through sad times. Brilliant care for our very loved and missed cat

We have used Rose Cottage since it first opened its doors 30 years ago or more. We've had between 4 - 7 cats at any time plus our dog in the last 4 years. So, many trips to see the vets over the years. We have complete trust in the care our pets receive and have never thought of taking them elsewhere. Everyone working there is friendly, actually knows their clients and pets and nothing is too much trouble. We were shocked to hear about Liz's activity in a local hunt. We are both anti - hunt. However, the other partners and staff in the practice should not be tarnished with the same brush . Personally, we will never request an appointment with her and haven't seen her for many years. This is an excellent veterinary practice with dedicated staff.

Laurels Veterinary Surgery

Charter House, Victoria Rd, Runcorn WA7 5SS, UK – 01928 575515

Excellent service we got. The staff were so professional and lovely. Had to make a difficult decision and was given plenty of time and privacy.. we received a lovely card and flower seeds a couple of days later. A really nice gesture. Thank you to everyone.

Very friendly staff - Kept Clean - Clearly explained to us any issues. Parking on site. 2 waiting rooms (cats and dogs) Never waited before, but can imagine it would be short if you had too.
